Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated and creative team player to join the newly formed Segway Discovery team, a fast-growing subsidiary of the Segway-Ninebot global organization.
Associate of this role will be coordinating sales and marketing effort with global teams in China, US and Europe, helping team generating sales leads, answering pre-sales questions, close deals and follow-up on product delivery. In addition, associate will manage social network
accounts and lead generation process. Majority of tasks can be completed online or over the phone, with occasional support needed for event and tradeshow activities.
College students and new graduates are welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicate and coordinate tasks with China, US and European team;
• Present, demo, and quote for products and solutions to clients;
• Customer relationship management, manage lead generation process;
• Coordinate product supply and delivery effort;
• Maintain social network account for marketing;
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals;
Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written;
• Highly motivated, determined, and result driven;
• Ability to work under pressure and short timeline;
• Must like start-up environment, and willing to get your hands dirty, literally;
• Good time management and personal organization;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but may accept relevant experience;
• Technology savvy, with respect to Mobile Internet, IoT, EV, and SaaS, is a plus;
• Familiar with CRM software preferred;
• International trade experience is an asset;

Work schedule
This is a full-time position. We are a global start-up team. So be prepared to work long hours, and multiple time zone. But we are very flexible on where you work from. You can choose your hourly pattern based on your tasks need.
