The target audiences of the event are mainly students and young professionals who have less than 5 years of working experience. The objectives of the event are to help students prepare for job search/interviews and young professionals to pursue career advancement. In addition, it will cover the career transitioning topic and career trends like job markets after Covid and AI impact. The conference will include several sessions that focus on Communication skills, How to Apply for Jobs/Prepare Resumes, Career Change/Transitioning, Career Trends/Path Forward, Mock interviews, and Employer Demo. 

 
  • Communication skills: A session focused on communication could cover various aspects like effective verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, email etiquette, and presentation skills. 

  • How to Apply for Jobs/Prepare Resumes: It can provide insights into what employers are looking for, how to tailor the resume for specific roles, and tips for highlighting the skills and experiences effectively. 

  • Career Change/Transitioning: This session can address how to identify transferable skills, strategies for entering a new industry, coping with the challenges of career transition, and how to leverage previous experience in a new field.

  • Career Trends/Path Forward: This session can help attendees plan their career paths, understand necessary skills for the future, and make informed decisions about their professional development.

  • Mock Interview: This is a practical and interactive activity that allows attendees to practice interview skills with industrial experts. Feedback from these sessions can be incredibly beneficial in improving interview techniques, understanding common questions, and building confidence.
